I have been a client for over a year and Annie is the kindest professional I know. Not only has she been healing and giving me exercises to improve with my pain, but her red light/heated acupuncture sessions are the best! I used to be afraid of the needles, but she uses baby ones that I don't even feel. She is very delicate and patient. When I bring her a health issue she will always find a way to improve the condition with gua sha, acupuncture, or herbs. Annie comes from a family of physicians, making her very knowledgeable. So fortunate to have found Dr. He Li (Ander Acupuncture and Herbs). Been in treatment for a little over 3 months due to pain in spinal area and leg. Western medicine — Physical Therapy and oral medication — had failed to work on my body. Within 2–3 acupuncture sessions, pain had subsided significantly to allow for normal walking activities. She listened to my concerns with such compassion, assessed my health condition and knew exactly where to place these tiny needles. She is extremely intuitive, kind and has an overwhelming amount of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine in acupuncture and herbal teas for natural healing. Red Infrared heat lamp was used to assist with healing. Some sessions involved cupping and gua sha. She is an amazing practitioner; I am full of gratitude as I have much needed relief.

Dr. Annie Li is a miracle worker and an angel on earth. She is not only a medical doctor in her native China, she comes from a long line of healers, surgeons, practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her breadth of knowledge coupled with her extraordinary kindness and true desire to help those suffering with various ailments is unique in this world. So much of what she does is likely inaccessible to the Western mind as she draws upon knowledge with thousands of years of ancient history — this knowledge is literally in her blood. I cannot say enough about the ways in which Dr. Li has helped me over the last few years. I drive many hours to and from Ventura County to see her in Orange County. I adore her as a person as much as I am in awe of her talent as a healer. If a person is fortunate enough to meet just one individual like Dr. Li in his or her lifetime, one would be truly blessed.
